The Iowa Courts web site shows convictions on three counts in your
08/12/2003 burglary case. Two of them are felonies:
BURGLARY 2ND DEGREE and USING A JUVENILE TO COMMIT AN INDICTABLE OFFENSE
the other is an aggravated misdemeanor.
It appears that they cut you a break and gave you a deferred judgement
in your 01/24/2000 burglary case, originall charged as a felony.
(Can you say "plea bargain?" I thought you could.)

I found a reference to his first name a few days ago when I was

incontrovertible proof. You have yet to show me what I ask to see,
which if true would exist and would be undeniable and conclusive.
The Iowa Supreme Court also claims he has a felony conviction. Why
don't you ask them to show you incontrovertable proof?
